Dillards - (Near Ocala, FL)

5 /5 Scott Rimbach: To start of this review I will be brutally honest, I am not a fan of clothes shopping. However, that mentality was changed recently after visiting Dillards in Ocala Florida. The store was very well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. The sales items were even better. But the most important part of my experience was the sales representative who helped me. George Feeser was amazing!!. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, what I liked and didnt like, and completely made me feel at ease during this process. He helped me to create not just singular pieces of clothing, but also showed me how to turn alot of my items into complete wardrobe ensembles. There were no high pressure sales tactics. If I said I didnt like something, then that was it. There was no pressure to buy any particular item(s), he acknowledged how I felt and we looked at something else. I would definitely recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend George Feeser to help you out.

2 /5 Joe Craft III: Employees where helpful but 2 days before Christmas and they have people with carts taking down the trees and other decorations. I would have bought more gifts there but I am going somewhere we can feel the Christmas spirit.

4 /5 Steve M: I had a good experience at Dillards in Ocala. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of clothing and accessories. What really stood out was the customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I appreciated how the staff took time to answer questions and made checkout smooth and easy. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I wish there were a few more size options in certain departments and I wouldnt call this place inexpensive Still, I’ll definitely be back for clearance deals.
