1 /5 A C: My shopping experience is okay here. Employees aren’t really that attentive. But my problem is with the actual quality of the clothes. I’ve purchased 2 pairs of pants that were $98 dollars and they both ripped after the first time wearing them. Same thing with a button up shirt I purchased. I don’t have a physical job literally sitting down 90% of the time. I’ve had cheaper clothes from H&M that have way better quality and have never ripped. I’m done shopping here.

5 /5 Krissi Faith: Jacob is an amazing manager. His customer service skills are unparallel. My brain was so rattled after a huge exam. He listens and assists customers by greeting everyone who enters and offers assistance on sizes ect. Been in about a dozen stores today and this was the only one where I felt welcome or seen. He even offered to set up a fitting room & had helped others with switching out sizes. I was a mess that day and he made a point to encourage me and recommend a coffee stall upstairs. Thank you. Will def be back. Jacob, I heard a little bit of your convo and it seemed that you had a little bit of a shake up. Not sure what happened but when I asked how you were doing, you said you were well. Your professionalism and attention to folks needs are something they do not teach in school. I seek out folks like you for my business team. No matter what you do, you will be successful because when you get confronted by an obstacle, you rise above it quickly and continue on. It was well-noticed.

5 /5 Itamar Rivera: I just recently shopped at the Express in Avenues mall. JACOB deserves the biggest raise, he was extremely helpful, sweet and provided amazing customer service. Jacob takes pride in his job and ensures he keeps customers coming back and keeping those doors open. He knows his store and goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Please recognize Jacob these are the customer service workers that keep doors open for companies. Thank you for taking the time and dedication to provide amazing customer service!
