1 /5 chouder kamel: Ive finally figured out why this brand has closed over 100 stores in the US. The answer is straightforward: incompetent management. Theyve made poor staffing decisions, and its evident in the subpar customer service. Ive had two disappointing experiences with the staff, including with a manager who seems to be the root of the problem. Despite numerous negative reviews highlighting the same issues, the company appears to be more interested in retaining this manager than in addressing customer concerns. It seems the company is stuck on repeat, offering the same tired response to every review without ever taking steps to actually fix the problem. As a result, Ive decided to stop supporting this brand.

1 /5 catie Buda: The store is run by a bunch of high schoolers that have no custom service skills. Store employee told me they can’t match the price of the same item online because of store policies. Make it make sense. But yet you can do an online order and pick it up in the store. Complete nonsense.

The employee Sergio accused my daughter (8 years old ) of doing a mess on the necklaces section and said my husband would need to pay for that! But she didn’t do anything. I don’t understand how come an adult can accuse a child of this, even when she said she didn’t do anything. Very bad! It’s a shame.
