5 /5 Primo Bengals Cattery: Excellent! The best resale shop in Saint Augustine! From the moment I entered the door, to the moment I left , the owner lady thats always there working was very kind, helpful and she also made for good conversation. She makes everyone feel welcome and is always very friendly and welcoming:>) This resale shop has it all ! A little bit of everything! Name brand clothing, handbags, shoes ,sunglasses, even jewelry. I like going here whenever i feel like i need a little " pick me up ". Its different and i like it a lot because the stock changes from week to week with a large variety of different things. She is priced very fairly for the quality of things! I highly recommend stopping in this one of a kind resale shop! You wont be disappointed!

5 /5 Haley Watson: I had the BEST experience at this consignment shop! I came in looking for something fun because I was going to a “27 Dresses” theme birthday party. I mentioned this to the owner while browsing, and when she heard what the dresses were for, she went above and beyond—she offered both of the dresses we picked out at 50% off just to make the occasion extra special. That kind of kindness and generosity is so rare these days, and it truly made my day. Not only did she make the shopping experience wonderful, but her customer service went even further. When I got home, I realized one of the tags had accidentally been left on the dress. I had to make the drive back, and instead of just apologizing, she insisted on offering me something extra for the inconvenience. That gesture really showed how much she values her customers. The shop itself is so charming, with a great selection of unique, beautiful pieces, but what really sets it apart is the owner’s genuine care and thoughtfulness. She turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a memory I’ll never forget. I can’t recommend this store enough—not only for the great finds, but for the amazing service that makes you feel appreciated and cared for. I never expected to find something so easily, but we were greeted by such classy, friendly, helpful ladies, Lisa & Julie. My selections were set up in a dressing room as I shopped, with no pressure, just great help. I bought a pale peach chiffon pants outfit with sequined trim and I couldn’t pass up a black chiffon shawl with rhinestones and beadwork— pants suit on sale for just $26! Total spent under $50! My husband asked where I found the clothes I modeled, thinking I’d spent well over $100.He was impressed! Julie asked if I’d come back and we both said absolutely.
