1 /5 Michelle Wiley: The owner was completely rude to my friends and I this afternoon. She made a scene and tried to engage in a back and forth verbal confrontation. Shes not pleasant, welcoming or appreciative of the local support from the community. We were happy to take our business elsewhere. We HOPE she learns her lesson that it pays to be kind.

It was my first time there and I was so excited, still am, about finding just the perfect couch I was looking for(not only like new and beautiful but the most comfortable couch!) along with a throw pillow, a burlap lamp shade, house decoration and some clothing!! From now on this is one of my to go store in Titusville! Plenty of parking in front, smiling, friendly and kind staff, great low prices on clothing, house decorations, furniture, unique finds and much more.. a mixture of everything nicely organized in a few separate rooms. Thank you Lisa! :)

1 /5 y I: I have frequented this store on and off for several years and always had a pleasant time visiting. However, something has changed in the last 2 years. The thinner woman in her 40s/50s with glasses who seems to run the show is incredibly rude. She always treats me like she cant be bothered with my simple clarification questions or that she doesnt want to price something and sell it to me. Its always like come back later in the week on items Im interested in buying. If you are saving items for someone, just say so. Then recently I brought items in for donation and practically got my head bitten off by her for not putting the donations where she wanted them. I hadnt even gotten most of the donations out of the car yet and I was already being scolded. She just have a control complex. I have just had enough. This thrift store is last on my list. There are so many other places to go with kinder people.
