1 /5 Sami Freeman: So unhelpful and rude. The blonde at the counter was nice but the two managers were rude. They have a policy they don’t mention anywhere that once you exchange an item you can only get store credit.. so if you want to exchange something just return it and repurchase it. I found better prices and cuter swimsuits at PacSun and now I’m stuck with a floral nightmare swimsuit. I’ve also contacted cooperate. Maybe print you can’t return an exchange on the receipt?? Or tell someone?? The people working there didn’t know. Only the “managers”

3 /5 Brittany Cantelo: I love Hollister but they tried me! I bought a pair of jeans off line they were way too big so I took them in store to exchange them. The cashier said it’d be easier to refund to jeans to a Hollister gift card and then cash me out with the gift card for the jeans that fit ( so I gave the jeans that were too big back and got the right size ) awesome went super easy! About a week goes by I’m negative in my bank account for Hollister $25.13? I spoke with customer service and several others there still saying there’s nothing they can do I had to still pay for the jeans I purchased? What do you mean!!? You literally took the $25 gift card I was refunded for the jeans that didn’t fit and then took and used for the jeans that fit! THEN $25 out my bank account I got 1 pair of jeans! So I paid 2 for the same pair of jeans! I don’t know how Hollister doesn’t understand that!!!!

3 /5 Rafiul Kabir: Hollister is my favorite hoodie brand, so my father kindly ordered a size M as a gift. However, upon receiving it, I realized I needed a size S. When I visited the store for an exchange, they didnt have the size and offered to ship it. They proposed a refund to either the credit card or store card, which seemed odd to me. I requested a straightforward exchange but ended up with a refund to my fathers card, leaving me to purchase the new size. I decided to walk home empty handed. The entire process felt unnecessarily complicated

5 /5 Jose Torruellas: Came in to exchange my order and I had an associate help me search for alternative sizes. When he wasnt able to help he sought another associate to help me too. I was really impressed by the dedication.
