Melissa Perry I absolutely love this store. The associates are always friendly and helpful. One time I spilled bleach on a brand new dress I bought in Vegas and they let me exchange it for a new one (same style) that was now on sale so I got it for even less. Been a loyal customer ever since.

Mack Diesel Smashing!! got a fabulous pair of jeans with boot cut to wear with my western boots. Ashley was most helpful. Tremendous selection, and appreciate the Military discount as a retired Soldier.

Justin Davis Had a really positive experience here today. I needed to return an item I purchased about 91 days ago, and while it was outside the normal return window, the manager took the time to listen and made a one-time exception by issuing a gift card. That kind of flexibility and understanding goes a long way and is truly appreciated. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lexi. I asked her for help finding an item, and she not only walked me to the correct area and checked stock, but a few minutes later she actually tracked one down and went out of her way to find me in the store to hand it over. That level of initiative and customer care is rare. Big thanks to the manager for great customer service and to Lexi for going above and beyond. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue shopping here.

RichyG24k I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!
