1 /5 Angel Crawford: Today at J Crew Factory I experienced rude treatment from the manager, Dominque F. I told the sales clerk that the jeans rang up at the wrong price. The table showed 19.95. Dominque yelled across the store that the jeans were not that price and dismissed what I said. I walked to the table and asked her to look. She saw the sign, snatched it off the table, and walked away. I returned to the register and told the clerk I did not want the jeans. I asked for their names so I could share the issue with her manager. Dominque then stepped in when she finished with another customer, she walked over and was defensive. The issue wasnt the price. I explained that her customer service was poor and that her behavior was rude. She cut me off multiple times and said "Im not perfect" instead of fixing her disgusting attitude. The interaction showed no respect for customers and no accountability from a manager.

5 /5 Melissa Ginoza: As a petite person, finding clothes is extremely difficult. This place is a blessing and carries clothes xxs clothes. Clothes from Target, Old Navy, Walmart, Kohls are too bit for me. Also, most ‘cheap’ places that carry small sizes, like Forever 21, Ross, Shein have fallen apart in less than a year for me. The quality of the clothes here are good. They also have sales and you can find deals on fashionable clothes. When I went, there was a lot of things 60% off the listing price in Google Search.

1 /5 Brittney Dixon: I like this store but unfortunately they don’t do returns or exchanges for shoes only worn once. I had only worn them for 4 hours and had to take them off due to the pain. The shoes hurt my feet so badly and left my toes and feet sore (still sore). Also, the manager isn’t that nice. But the salesperson was great. I would suggest an improved customer service experience especially as it relates to the managers.

1 /5 Diane Quinn: Based on similar reviews, this review will be redundant, but I feel it’s worth emphasizing because their return policy is flawed and contrary to most other retailers. I purchased a sweater May 11, 2024. It arrived July 27, 2024 - 3 1/2 months after I ordered it. It was slightly tight in the sleeves, so I returned it to the local store and I was informed that I was outside my 30 days return window and not allowed to return it. J.Crew’s return policy is 30 days from the date of ORDER regardless if it’s back ordered and when you actually receive the item. It is not 30 days from the date of SHIPPING as most other retailers return policy. The associate made it known that she was “doing me a favor” by providing me a store credit. If it takes more to 30 days to receive item due to a backorder and it doesn’t fit upon receipt, you are stuck with the item so BUYER BEWARE.

1 /5 Kate Daniels: Poor leadership! Ive recently become a customer at Jcrew and have had great experiences at other stores and online. However, I found this store to be a completely different experience. The managers were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I literally almost cried. Save your time and frustration and avoid this location. If you have had a bad experience, report it to Corporate. Hopefully, enough reports will get them to change. The attitude at this Jcrew is as though theyre trying to protect the store from customers instead of making sales and creating repeat customers.
