1 /5 Samantha Tisher: me and my friends walked into this store just wanting to have basic rights and shop and as soon as we walk in she followed us around as if we were gonna steal then she rudely asked if we were going to buy something and as i explained that we were looking around to see if we wanted to get something she cussed at us (we’re all minors) and told us to get out. not only was i absolutely disgusted by her behavior and attitude, i was also disgusted by her botched lip filler and awful lashes. her outfit did not match and she looked like she doesn’t own a hairbrush. if i were running this store i would fire her. you have just lost my business for good. ☹️

5 /5 Elena Tsimbalov: While visiting St. Augustine for a short vacation, we walked into this beautiful store. Display of vibrant clothes and beautiful designs was very appealing. A sales lady, Natalia was helping us with different selections and was very helpful. I ended up buying one sweater ( on sale ), it was nicely wrapped in a tissue paper and placed in a signature paper bag. Few days later, I found this sweater on-line (jpk website) with a much lower price. Called the store and explained that online price should be honored, not only Natalia quickly adjusted my purchase, she was extremely pleasant. She went above and beyond !!!! I give this store 5 ***** and Kudos to Natalia

1 /5 Alexandra Gal: Horrible customer service. I walked in and I was not greeted, not only my presence was not acknowledged, she stood at one of the rooms staring at me as if I were to steal lol I walked in in all designer and that right there should be a sign for her to approach me and ask if I needed any assistance. That old fat woman working the store spoke to my child in a very disgusting way for touching a mirror while I was picking a few dresses to try on. (my daughter is the most polite and well mannered child). Then she proceeded to answer/ call someone about closing the store. She not just lost a big sale because I am a big spender but now earned a horrible review. This woman should not work at all in retail because she gives a horrible impression to your potential customers. To the owner of this boutique: Hire people that can represent your store with good customer service skills, this kind of attitude from an employee will drive people away and will give your store a bad reputation.

5 /5 Kaylie Provenzano: What a pretty shop! Just going inside makes you feel good because the merchandise design is beautiful. I purchased a tweed jacket which I love. Resembles other resort wear styles like Lilly Pulitzer and others. Tons of dresses and a lot of color clothing that is not cheap quality, unlike a lot of the other clothing shops nearby in this touristy area. Great find! Im excited that I found one more South near where I live in Vero.

1 /5 Kseniya Yatsunenko: Terrible customer service, my son was yelled at by, I assume the store manager, for touching a string bracelet that he wanted to buy so we left right away. This lady should not be in the customer service business and should learn some manners.
