Her kindness, patience, and dedication truly stood out. She made sure we found exactly what we needed and never made us feel rushed. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare to find. Thank you, Kim, for making our shopping experience so smooth and enjoyable! Guy was absolutely amazing! He helped us to check availability on a suit in a different size at another store and found it was not available saving us an unnecessary trip, found the perfect tuxedo shirt, and made sure every detail was taken care of. On top of that, he even walked us out to our car and helped load multiple suits into our vehicle. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made our visit truly exceptional. 5 /5 fabiana Walters: I brought this suit in for tailoring to Ludwig. I bought it online and my son likes a tight fit . Ludwig literally took apart the suit and re-did it. He did an outstanding job. We are very happy with it. Definitely will be going back.
