Kohls - (Near Kissimmee, FL)

4 /5 K B: What a great place to do Amazon returns. Compared to UPS store and Whole Foods, this place is clean, quiet, smells great, with no long lines. You will receive a discount coupon for both Sephora and the store, if you see anything you like. I like the household section. The decor and kitchen section stood out the most as they have some unique products. It was fairly busy for a morning. The departments seem to be self-serve for the most part with no employee in sight for assistance. Great location in an outdoor shopping center with plenty of other big department stores.

I called because my Kohls cash was six days expired spoke to Assistance store Manager Explained her my situation that I was sick I couldn’t come. She told me no problem.she will honor it Great customer service. I will be back soon.

2 /5 Eduardo Ramos: Customer service is not existent. Walked in to pickup an online order. First off, there isnt any signage to direct you. Second, the employees (two older white ladies) where just standing around talking amongst themselves and didnt offer any help. Third, the one employee I did ask for help, wasnt useful because it turns out she is an employee for Claires, and was restocking an end cap. So in the end, I had to walk around. The whole store in order to get where I needed to go.
