5 /5 Jan Yoshioka: I visited this store in November when I was visiting Punta Gorda (I live 3 hours away). Their children’s clothes are phenomenal and I spent about $90. However one of the items was a Christmas gift, which I had to take to NY, and I discovered it was the wrong size. I managed to drive the 3 hours to come back to visit today and I took the item back to the store to request an exchange. (I was also hoping to buy a few more things because they have such adorable children’s clothes!). Well, the sales lady (not the owner) refused to help me, stating the store policy of 30 day exchanges. She wasn’t even nice or sympathetic about it. UNBELIEVABLE! However , the owner got in touch with me and offered to make it right. I went back to the store today and Denise was absolutely amazing. Great customer service! Thank you!
