ENTR Raps About a week ago I walked into holister expecting an average experience, little did I know it would be one of he best shopping experiences of my life. A young man named Dylan Young immediately came to my assistance to see if I needed any help finding anything, I asked where the clearance was and he led me straight there. I found a wonderful shirt for 6 dollars and he ringed me up with a great attitude. Handsome young man with a good attitude, he will do great things one day.

Caleb I had an amazing experiment with a young lady I believe her name tag said Heather she had dark hair with purple highlights I was in the mens area with my mom I have down syndrome. She let me hold her hand and walked me to the Junior clothing department for smaller boys. The mens department clothing was too big she had the best customer service I have ever saw before she made sure that my son and I had a buggy while we shot I want it to think her personally today on January 6th she informed me that she had to go upstairs to the office cuz she was called upstairs and then I waited for her to come back down but she never came back down so I hope everything is okay but she is a rockstar and with her great mentality and customer service and the patient she had with my down syndrome son is such a blessing to me and I just wanted to thank her personally so I didnt get a chance so I hope this reach the right people to be able to get her this message and just for her showing that there are still good people that working customer service I will be back to see her she literally stopped what she was doing to make sure me and my down syndrome son got to the right department and Walked us there that young lady was amazing she told me to let her manager know I tried to do the survey to put this out there but I did not know how to do it so I just went on the website and just made a post.
