Caleb I had an amazing experiment with a young lady I believe her name tag said Heather she had dark hair with purple highlights I was in the mens area with my mom I have down syndrome. She let me hold her hand and walked me to the Junior clothing department for smaller boys. The mens department clothing was too big she had the best customer service I have ever saw before she made sure that my son and I had a buggy while we shot I want it to think her personally today on January 6th she informed me that she had to go upstairs to the office cuz she was called upstairs and then I waited for her to come back down but she never came back down so I hope everything is okay but she is a rockstar and with her great mentality and customer service and the patient she had with my down syndrome son is such a blessing to me and I just wanted to thank her personally so I didnt get a chance so I hope this reach the right people to be able to get her this message and just for her showing that there are still good people that working customer service I will be back to see her she literally stopped what she was doing to make sure me and my down syndrome son got to the right department and Walked us there that young lady was amazing she told me to let her manager know I tried to do the survey to put this out there but I did not know how to do it so I just went on the website and just made a post.

Mrs. Z Shopping for a specific type of jewelry and was greeted and helped by office staff assisting floor cashiers. Both were very helpful and offered suggestions when, thinking about the great sale promotions that day, I remembered I also needed to purchase a gift soon. Cashiers are available just difficult to find upstairs…and I prefer to pay for my under garments in the ladies section, not in men’s clothing. If I wanted that type of experience I could go to TJMa**.

Matthew Greer I absolutely love shopping at this place instead of those giant chain stores. The prices here are just fantastic, seriously competitive. Plus, the quality of the produce and the meat is so much better than what you find at the big box places. You really get more for your money here. Its definitely my go-to for groceries now!

He was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that level of genuine helpfulness these days.
