5 /5 Nichole Schacht: The ladies that helped me on Friday night were incredible! I wish I had asked their names. They helped me figure out a size for a product they didn’t have in store so I could order online and just chatted and made me feel so welcomed. I don’t shop in store much anymore, but they definitely made it a wonderful experience and made me want to go back!

5 /5 sue fletcher: Review of My First Visit to Madewell I visited Madewell on July 21, 2025, during the early afternoon, and it was my first time shopping at this store, as there isnt one in my area. Despite not being a fan of shopping, I had a wonderful experience. The staff members were attentive and incredibly helpful, showing great patience as they brought me a variety of styles to try on. Unfortunately, I cant recall their names to personalize this review, but their kindness truly stood out. The exceptional service I received makes me eager to make the 90-minute drive back to shop here again.
