1 /5 Marlene Ll: I love Chicos but the Winter Park store is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Consistently in the last four years they have failed to process and prepare "pick-up at store orders." Compared with the excellent performance at other Chico stores where pick-ups are ready within a day at most. If I wanted to wait for 8 or 10 or MORE days (sometimes weeks) I would have asked for home delivery - which is pretty fast. When I am disgusted enough with waiting to hear from them if I try to cancel they have tied up the order with the label "in Processing" and I have found myself without the item if it went out of stock while I tried to cancel and order for delivery. Finally, the one time they actually prepared an order, they never called me or sent me an email - I waited and waited and upon calling them was told that it had been ready for a while - who knew? This location often gets items that other stores do not get, but it is really not worth the aggravation. PICK UP AT STORE means I want it pretty quick, if not I would have asked for delivery. Update May 12, 2025 Ignore any comments Chicos made - they make bland useless statements but never call, still never filled my order and I finally had to call the store to cancel my pre-paid order because calls to Chico HQ had them telling me they could not cancel this unfulfilled order - the burden was on me to call the pick-up store!!! Try to care a little bit Chicos - it might pay off.
