Elena Tsimbalov While visiting St. Augustine for a short vacation, we walked into this beautiful store. Display of vibrant clothes and beautiful designs was very appealing. A sales lady, Natalia was helping us with different selections and was very helpful. I ended up buying one sweater ( on sale ), it was nicely wrapped in a tissue paper and placed in a signature paper bag. Few days later, I found this sweater on-line (jpk website) with a much lower price. Called the store and explained that online price should be honored, not only Natalia quickly adjusted my purchase, she was extremely pleasant. She went above and beyond !!!!
