Anna M. Had some technical issues with returning an online order so I went into the store to try to fix it. The store associates and the manager were so kind and helpful; especially Sam! She was very patient and worked with customer service over the phone to fix the problem. While I waited, I browsed around; the store is very clean, displays are beautiful, and it seemed like all the other customers were having positive interactions with employees too. Thank you Sam and the rest of the Anthro team!

Typhani Ali The service here is nothing short of amazing. I stopped by the ministry to purchase a shirt last minute. I didn’t know that orders had to be purchased online and could be picked up at the ministry, but the owner/manager searched up and down the store to see if there was extra inventory in the back. Needless to say I was able to leave there with a beautiful shirt and a full heart. Im so appreciative of the quality of service and products that they have. Thank you again!!

margaret all the staff in there deserve a raise! i work downtown and go in there for my work breaks sometimes. today i went and there was a heard of field trip kids in there with zero guardian. they were screaming, crying, not understanding how to pay, and through it all the staff there stayed calm cool and collected. they all have the patience of saints. the staff there are always kind under every circumstance!
