My initial contact was with Heather, who immediately went to work pulling various items in my size. While some of the items I might not have chosen for myself, it did allow me to work outside my comfort zone and try on some great options. In the back I met Charnel, who put everything together as possible outfit options and even provided me with shoes in my size. It was like having a team of personal stylists. Charnel went back and forth and pulled new items as I needed new sizes. The entire process was effortless and the feedback was on point with fit and style. These ladies do a fabulous job and made the experience so much easier and better than I expected.
