Nan’s country store - Shop FL (Near Marianna)

Anna M. Had some technical issues with returning an online order so I went into the store to try to fix it. The store associates and the manager were so kind and helpful; especially Sam! She was very patient and worked with customer service over the phone to fix the problem. While I waited, I browsed around; the store is very clean, displays are beautiful, and it seemed like all the other customers were having positive interactions with employees too.
