1 /5 Taylor Chupp: Recently placed an order online because I live 45 minutes away from the nearest store. Wanted to try some things out, but ended up not loving the quality and/or fit of most items. I drove 45 minutes away to complete my return and the employee helping had no idea what she was doing. I was patient for 15 minutes while she leisurely entered in all the information, fumbled around with receipts, and while her and the other employees joked behind another employee’s back. I finally asked if anyone else knew how to process the return (she couldn’t figure out what receipts to give me among other things) and she told me she was new. Okay, that’s fine… but she was so incredibly rude! From that point forward it was a series of snide remarks and looks that could kill from the employee. Her name is Tina. I’ve literally never encountered such a rude person in customer service before. What’s worse is that neither of the other two employees there knew how to help her. How does a business stay open when their employees cannot process a simple return and on top of not knowing how to do their job, they are rude to the consumer?! Will never shop here again.
