1 /5 Holly Haynes: Here we are at 6:00 a.m. in the Pensacola PacSun wanting to make a purchase and they have closed all the dressing rooms according to them due to high traffic so not only did we drive over an hour to come here to make our first Black Friday purchase but we cant even try on the clothes to see if they fit and the manager was extremely rude when explaining it to us

1 /5 Cherie Stringer: We came from Alabama to try on a specific shirt. They close early, which is understandable on the 4th, BUT, they close their fitting rooms an hour before closing. They were so rude about it. The employee was sitting on the counter. I had to approach her to ask where it was. She said our fitting room is closed. I asked why. She said we close our fitting rooms an hour before we close, rolled her eyes and went back to scrolling on her phone. Im sorry, WHAT? I have worked retail. Ive never heard of such. If thats their policy, they need a sign or something showing policy. Maybe hire employees that care about being decent people too.

1 /5 Nicole Maynard: The fitting room worker was extremely rude. I asked if my friend and I could share a room (I didn’t know it wasn’t allowed), and instead of politely saying no, he was rude and dismissive. He rolled his eyes when we asked another simple question and spent most of the time on his phone with headphones in while the other employee did all the work. Very unprofessional.
