4 /5 Jess Harmon: I was visiting Daytona a few weeks ago and happened to find this place online after google searching something generic like “affordable women’s clothes”. I’m glad this place popped up because I had forgotten to pack a few items. I was disappointed the dressing room was closed but I understand there’s a pandemic and places are short-staffed, so I agreed to just return any items that didn’t fit (even though a second trip to a clothing store wasn’t really on my vacation agenda lol). I ended up loving almost everything including a couple pairs of cute sandals on sale for $5! I’ve seen similar pairs at Target for $12-15. I did need to make a few returns, so I went back. The woman let me know I couldn’t return underwear (understandably) but did fix my receipt because I was charged incorrectly initially. I returned a pair of shorts, but LOVED the other pair I got so much that I went home to San Diego and ordered more so I have them for next summer. The one other note I’ll add is that some of the sizing seems inconsistent from brand to brand. For example, I am usually a size Large (on sites like Shein and Wish, I’m a Large but sometimes size up to XL). At Rainbowshops, the pair of shorts I LOVED was a size 1X from their plus size section (doesn’t matter, whatever fits). So when I ordered later from online, I ordered all size 1X which was perfect in the wax shorts but wayyyy too big in another brand. Luckily they include a pre-paid return label, so I can send them back. Assuming my return goes smoothly, I will absolutely keep ordering! We don’t have a physical shop anywhere remotely in my vicinity, but as long as returns stay free and easy, I’m happy to just keep purchasing online. To a first time buyer, I’d say just don’t assume to wear the same size across the board. If they let you try everything on, great, if not take advantage of the free returns (I docked 1 star based on the cleanliness of the store and for charging me incorrectly initially even though I asked about the pricing during checkout).
