1 /5 Ingrid Natali: Don’t let the price fool you, Great place to buy cheap but it will cost you much more in the end. Huge scam. The management and staff are most unhelpful if you are returning items. I made a purchase a couple weeks ago in cash (the easiest form of payment for any return you’d think) and I came in today for a simple return. I was approached by the assistant manager and I was told accessories couldn’t be returned ( referring to accepting the loss for a poor quality purse, which honestly I couldn’t care less about) so I accepted. The lady who sold it to me in the first place, just so happened to be there, overhearing and interrupting, started raising her voice unprofessionally at me. At this point yelling that she told me policy (obviously because her superior was next to her) when In fact that’s was untrue but okay no big deal right. Then the assistant manager proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t give me cash back and could only give me store credit… Apparently on the receipt (printed in Spanish) it says you have 7 days for a cash refund, and any day after that you get store credit. I only found that out today as I walked in because I don’t even read Spanish. I was not informed the day of purchase and that policy isn’t in front of any customer in English. Now if the lady who sold it to me in the first place would’ve mentioned it to me when the sale was being made, this could’ve all been avoided. I don’t even shop here. I came in an emergent event where I needed something pink… and my closet is literally jeans, white or black clothes. Point being, I would never usually wear what I bought on normal occasion. As this “solution” was not a solution at all, I could not accept the store credit. With a receipt and less than 30 days, I just want my money back. This situation was escalated to the general manger through text messages with the assistant manager and the staff would not let me speak to the general manger. This did not help whatsoever. This place is poor quality all around, from the store, to the clothes and unfortunately the people working in there. 0/10 recommend. Lost $100 for an item I wore that costed $12.99. These people are here to take your money and give you terrible attitude. Never coming back.

1 /5 A T: The girl with the black and white jacket and fake lashes in the register is a liar.. I asked if I can use the dressing room to change into the item I just purchased and she lied and said they dont have a dressing room.. you clearly could of said sorry maam we cant allow to use the dresser for such but not lie.. women like that are dangerous for your establishment and society. Please ensure that she gets the proper written up by the higher ups.. not good for business. She is Hispanic like me and its a shame thats they way she carries herself.

1 /5 Omg Lash: I came in on 6/29/22 @ 13:05 operator 1755YR was watching me like if I was going to steal. She made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I rushed to pay for my items to get out of there as soon as possible. It is not unusual that a woman comes in a store to browse and look around. I left the store feeling terrible that I was being judged this way. This was a great way to run your customers away somewhere else.
