1 /5 Aly: I was so excited to go and get a thanksgiving outfit and left with my energy drained. I understand people steal but the fact that they lacked total customer service really shocked me. I remember working for this company years ago and I loved helping clients find outfits and was glad to answer all their questions. I asked for help multiple times and the first time I was met with a blank stare and nasty snarling face. I was followed throughout the whole store so I finally went and placed my items on the counter so I could continue to shop. I made eye contact many times with the women on the floor and NEVER once was I asked if I needed help but they sure did take the time to follow me and make me feel super uncomfortable. When I went to go check out I asked again for help in finding something better to put over my dress and was met again with a blank stare and straight confusion. I was so lost on why it was so hard to answer my questions and grant me assistance. On my way out I was in the phone with my mother speaking my native language and one of the workers whom stared at me like I was crazy and never helped says in my language " Happy holidays and good luck with everything." I looked at her and smiled because of that was suppose to make me feel some type of way she was sadly mistaken. It just further showed their unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic. If it wasnt that I needed that outfit last minute I would have left. Not everyone steals and I truly needed help.

5 /5 Karen Cuervo: Rainbow is my go to store for fresh and funky clothes. They have a great selection of shoes and handbags. They also have a Plus Size section which is nice to have. The prices are sooo reasonable. I love the staff, the store manager is great!

4 /5 Elizabeth G: I have shopped at rainbow, multiple locations, for years. Clothing options are varied, definitely enjoy the trendy styles and affordable prices. Some clothing, especially t-shirts, are thin/eco but not surprising for the price. Washed appropriately, some of the clothes have lasted multiple seasons. I enjoy the variety and the prices enable me to purchase more and have additional options. I have found great shawls, evening wear, and comfortable pants to wear almost every day. Staff in St Pete have been very so-so, despite me being well dressed, polite, regular customer, and the location is sketchy.

4 /5 tom murphy: My niece is pregnant, and maternity clothes are terrible. Plus sized clothes that look nice are hard to find at thrift stores. She had me take her to Rainbow. $40 later, she had 2 nice dresses and a nice top. Will likely return whe shes in that ninth month and nothing fits.
