1 /5 Kesha Mcrr: This review is in response to an earlier reply from the store, saying the clothes need to be in "Unworn Condition" to be returned. One of your employees, Hispanic, fair-skinned, with long black hair.... LIED, Without request, and said, I quote "Even if the clothes are slightly used, as long as you have the receipt and tag, you can return anything from here". This is what she told me after I never even ASKED. All I asked is how long I had to return the items, and she told me I had 7 days. I returned the NEXT DAY with the RECEIPT, in the ORIGINAL BOX, and ORIGINAL TAGS. And despite that, you REFUSED my return, despite what one of YOUR EMPLOYEES SAID! In no successful business have I ever heard ANY CUSTOMER having to pay the consequences of ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES or WRONG WORDS. I really hope this Location gets shut down soon, Id rather use the other Rainbow on Silver Springs, because this location clearly doesnt care about their customers, seeing as other reviews have made it clear how much they inconvenience their customers by still having the fitting room shut down, forcing you to try on the clothes, and them to come up with an excuse to keep your money. Since you all dont want to take accountability, I will be submitting a COMPLAINT to this location to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and think anyone else who has had a similar issue as me do so as well. You all should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! We all work HARD for our money!
