2 /5 Mindy: Nice people working there. The store is jamed too tight with clothes. A person can get stuck between the racks of clothes and cant get out. They have some fair looking prices on some clothes but lowest price has bad material. It looks like once its washed its no good. Too high cotton in material. Cheap. Needs more lycra stretchy material. Besides that impossible to really check out many clothes racks. Too tight to get near them to look much less but them. The left side of this store is not set up for the diabled. The right side had nicer clothes and was set up better.

1 /5 Lottie lewis: Went to this store and the store manager Soy was very disrespectful. While she was stocking shelves I over heard her tell a mother and her child to come back into the store and find the scarf they were looking at and put it back on the rack they found it.. grant it they do put it on another rack but my confusion was isn’t that there job? And they were already out the door. I don’t normally review places but it made me not buy anything and leave seeing that. May have not been my incident but just witnessing this was terrible.. shame on rainbow… this manager should be fired for doing that..

1 /5 Kesha Mcrr: This review is in response to an earlier reply from the store, saying the clothes need to be in "Unworn Condition" to be returned. One of your employees, Hispanic, fair-skinned, with long black hair.... LIED, Without request, and said, I quote "Even if the clothes are slightly used, as long as you have the receipt and tag, you can return anything from here". This is what she told me after I never even ASKED. All I asked is how long I had to return the items, and she told me I had 7 days. I returned the NEXT DAY with the RECEIPT, in the ORIGINAL BOX, and ORIGINAL TAGS. And despite that, you REFUSED my return, despite what one of YOUR EMPLOYEES SAID! In no successful business have I ever heard ANY CUSTOMER having to pay the consequences of ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES or WRONG WORDS. I really hope this Location gets shut down soon, Id rather use the other Rainbow on Silver Springs, because this location clearly doesnt care about their customers, seeing as other reviews have made it clear how much they inconvenience their customers by still having the fitting room shut down, forcing you to try on the clothes, and them to come up with an excuse to keep your money. Since you all dont want to take accountability, I will be submitting a COMPLAINT to this location to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and think anyone else who has had a similar issue as me do so as well. You all should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! We all work HARD for our money!

1 /5 Lspong Anderson: This is the worst Rainbow Ive been to in my existence on this Planet. Ive lived in 6 cities all over Florida, and never have I even been given this much trouble to make a simple return... they accepted my other items back, but said they couldnt return my boots back because there was a SPEC OF DIRT on there?? Despite it being in the Original Box, Original Styrofoam for protection, and original toe protectors, because there was a bit of dirt at the bottom... Like people even check the bottom of a shoe, which they walk on the ground with... They refused my return all together. I wouldnt even reccomend the DEVIL or my WORST ENEMY to this store....

3 /5 LaRosa Osborne: Ive been a loyal customer here for over two decades, long before the rise of online fast fashion. This store has always been my go-to for a fantastic assortment of accessories, shoes, handbags, and perfumes – a true treasure trove of "girly" items. The associates are consistently friendly and attentive, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. My only significant criticism is the quality of the clothing; it tends to be cheaply made and often rips or tears after just a few wears.
