5 /5 Brian Delaney: Ross is a fantastic store. I get to wear name brand high quality clothing for fraction of the cost. I always find good stuff here, not to mention the household goods and a great selection of cooking stuff. I got calphalon pots and pan here for a fraction of the cost. They also have linens and home decor and all kinds of other stuff. I shop here all the time, great place I would highly recommend it especially if you dont like paying top dollar for great stuff!!

5 /5 Pretty Gal: I had such an amazing experience today with a young lady names Paola that worked night shift tonight. I had an issue with a return, but she was so kind, compassionate, and understanding with me. She educated myself on the process and granted what I came in for. Nowadays customer service is a hit or miss often leading to more misses than hits, with an over abundance of rudeness and rejection in most instances. That was not the case tonight. Kudos to Ms. Paola Lamelas! I am so grateful for the opportunity to run into you tonight and the love and care that you showed me! ❤️
