Ellen Perry Coffee was wonderful, cinnamon roll was heavenly, staff was super helpful and friendly and shop is absolutely adorable!

Jandy Rodriguez Jorge G, I came to the store with my mom and my daughter. While we were waiting in line, my mom told me, “You’ll see, he’s really fast.” I thought she was joking, but she was absolutely right. His customer service was amazing. He handled our returns and a purchase in seconds, all with a great attitude. It’s rare to see that level of efficiency and positivity these days. Truly impressed!

Ezra Noon-Song Good for clothing shopping for whole family. They also have cookware and perfume. Jewelry is there too but didn’t look too good. They have bathrooms and fitting rooms. Place is pretty clean and spacious. Good selection of toys for kids. Very inviting. They have good seating too near the door. My family loves going here (I just take them). The entrance has a ramp and is handicapped accessible.

MonaLisa Leung Beckford We were on vacation and came to South Beach to check out the area. As we were walking around the area we saw Rainbow. I came in and spent an hour looking at clothes and left with sweaters and dresses. I really like this store! The prices are affordable, their shoe selection is great compared to the Rainbow thats close to my house in Pittsburgh, and the styles and fashion are very nice. I love the fashionable dresses that they sell. Also, their second floor is for plus-size women, so they are pretty inclusive of women of all sizes.

Lauren Brigman This is the best platos location, by far. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. They get great brands in and pay well for what they take. I’m always greeted by Justin and the staff treats every customer with great care. I assume Justin is a manager. He makes many Instagram posts, which is reason I pop in from time-to-time. Very clean, no smells or odors (which must take a lot of work when dealing with used items) and again very friendly staff. Great location. Pays cash on the spot for your items, if you are not aware of who they are. Possibly certain brands pay out more but I assume I receive about 30% the value they’ll sell it for. If you don’t like the amount, you can take your items back. It’s easy. I have never taken it back though bc it’s better pay than a yard sale and so much quicker.
