Safety Harbor - (Near Safety Harbor, FL)

1 /5 Kari Striano: Called to ask for help with washer. Said he would send out his tech. Tech would call before arrival. No call..tech showed up..the conversation was difficult to understand. The poor tech said the safety harbor appliance store sends out their business they get the up front fee and he gets what he sells. He didn’t seem to know much about my washer. Told me it was the lock mechanism but then couldnt duplicate the issue. He said there were multiple issues but once he started quoting the prices, without a diagnosis I got concerned . He really couldn’t talk well or explain the situation very well. He was a pleasant guy but ..I told him I appreciated his time and thanks. He left. I thought the guy from Safety Harbor appliance repair would call to check out what happened..he hasn’t. So it seems his business just calls anyone to go out and try to repair..I feel bad for the tech that came out. He tried his best for his abilities.

1 /5 Y V: We contacted this company to repair a freezer. The technician came in (Jorge), took the compressor and another part and disappeared. So, basically they stole parts from our freezer. I will be reporting them with the appropriate agency, but they should not be in business.

5 /5 Joy King: Beautiful town, very friendly, interesting and walkable. Terrific restaurants and love the 3rd Friday celebrations. Absolutely adore Philippe Park! Awesome place to ride bikes, reserve a picnic shelter or use their boat ramp! Bathrooms are always clean too. Probably my favorite place in the county!

5 /5 Stella Lacle: This awesome place makes coffee ice cubes so your iced coffee is yummy till the last drop. Cozy indoor atmosphere, amazing cheesecakes and sandwiches and they have nice outdoor seating as well where you can people watch.
