5 /5 Susan Romig: I could wax rhapsodic about the timeless and classic pieces of St. John knits! Seriously!! In fact, I’m having to reign myself in, so I get to the main point; customer service. I just visited the Fort Meyers St. John Outlet and was so lucky to meet Martha and work with her. Martha is a true delight! She has knowledge of the St. John collection, therefore she knows how to pair different pieces together. She listens to what you want and definitely cares about providing her customers with impeccable service. We had so much fun shopping. Martha was so very accommodating and absolutely lovely while working with me. I personally worked with Martha, however the entire staff was just as lovely. I look forward to traveling from Pittsburgh to Fort Meyers, FL to visit Martha and the fabulous store again!!
