I brought in several designer pieces to sell and the process was seamless from beginning to end. Olivia handled the purchasing and she was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and never once made the process feel rushed. What really impressed me was the level of professionalism across the board. I ended up purchasing a Dior bag along with a few clothing items, and the team was beyond accommodating. The owner even personally stepped in to make sure an item I really wanted was held for me, which I deeply appreciated. It’s refreshing to walk into a resale store that feels organized, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused. The patience, the transparency, and the overall atmosphere made the entire experience feel easy and elevated. I’ll absolutely be back.

mmi They have hollister and sephora. SO EMPTY but I actually like it this way. This is my first time I can access to a non-use tester in sephora tho. Again, there are not so many people and everything is clean and available. There is no complain
