White House Black Market - (Near Orlando, FL)

5 /5 Angie Golod: I needed new clothes for work and have always loved the quality of clothing at White House Black Market. My initial contact was with Heather, who immediately went to work pulling various items in my size. While some of the items I might not have chosen for myself, it did allow me to work outside my comfort zone and try on some great options. In the back I met Charnel, who put everything together as possible outfit options and even provided me with shoes in my size. It was like having a team of personal stylists. Charnel went back and forth and pulled new items as I needed new sizes. The entire process was effortless and the feedback was on point with fit and style. These ladies do a fabulous job and made the experience so much easier and better than I expected.

5 /5 A J: This store is located on the center of the second floor of the fabulous Millennia Mall. There was a great clearance going on with an additional 30% off of the reduced clearance price. There were a lot of selections but no blazers in store. The store was well organized and clutter free with adequate staff. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I look forward to visiting this location again.

5 /5 R W: Great experience this afternoon! All of the saleswomen were helpful and friendly. They spent time and effort helping me find cute outfits that would work for me. I plan to return in the near future. Kudos to management for keeping the shopping experience pleasant and professional! It is unfortunately rare in many retail stores to find that these days, and I wish more of them would treat customers this way.

5 /5 Maria Reyes: Shopping isnt usually my cup of tea. After striking out with an online search for an evening gown for a wedding, which led me to return three dresses, I hesitantly hit the mall. I tried the department stores without any luck and was feeling overwhelmed and defeated. I went to the food court for a bite to eat before I braved going back to the department store. While walking back to the department store to see if I could find something that would work, I stumbled upon this store and walked in, not really expecting much. But right away, a friendly sales rep jumped in, pulling several dress options for me. I ended up leaving with two dresses and a pair of cute shorts. Check out the dress I wore – it fit like a glove without any need for tweaks. It was comfy, and I totally fell in love with it.

5 /5 Sarah Myers: Came in looking for a nice black dress for a black tie optional event this Friday and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I needed, and it was a real treat to have such pleasant people helping me out. The pricing was actually less than I expected, especially considering that the service was far beyond what I expected. :) As a bonus, they also have a very nice chair sitting area, where whoever you bring with you will feel comfortable waiting for you to try things on, and also included on the experience.
