2 /5 Nay: I used to be helped by a very kind person named Monica at this store. It seems she’s no longer here, which is unfortunate because she was always very proactive with customers. She would show me all the options to mix and match an outfit and was an excellent salesperson focused on complete customer satisfaction.
The last two times I came to shop for clothes, I had to leave the fitting room myself each time to look for a different size or style. After my last purchase, I called the store the next day to clarify something, and someone from the store left a very rude voicemail on my phone. That had never happened to me at any store before.
It seems that the staff at this location could really use some intensive customer service training. Fortunately, I was able to resolve my issue through the corporate phone line, that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. Otherwise, I wouldn’t give any, since the service I received was far from what I was used to.
I also want to add that this company has a very unreasonable policy — you can’t return new clothing purchased on sale. This makes it almost impossible for people to shop online, unlike what’s common with most clothing companies nowadays. They basically force you to go to the store to try on clothes instead of letting you do it in the comfort of your own home, as people do in today’s modern world. I really don’t see the logic in not being able to return an unworn item.
