KZK9 Training I came into the store for the first time after living here for years & had SUCH a good experience, I believe Vicki was the sales associate who helped me, I had to look at the receipt for her name but she was so sweet, so helpful, so kind, helped me pick out clothes for my trip & even brought me a shirt she thought I would look good in & I bought it!! She made me leave the store in such a good mood!!

Bertha Pacheco Have been visiting this store for years. Everyone is usually helpful but Priscila went above & beyond. She politely came and introduced herself, when she said she could help me with anything she meant it. After describing the type of blouse I preferred she looked for and found the perfect one! Hope she’s there for the long run!

Kimberly Green This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

H HA This Dillards is a great one, love shopping here. But today we had an excellent experience. My daughter needed a suit for an important event next week and the most amazing sales associate worked tirelessly to help her find the perfect one, and we did! Gigi was who helped us, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and just all around amazing! It was a level of customer service that I thought no longer existed. She made the whole process a 10/10, thank you very much Gigi!!

Ludovico Brusa They are incredibly kind, professional, and always go the extra mile for their clients. I accidentally lost my phone in the store, and the thoughtful staff member patiently waited for me to arrive so I could retrieve it. Truly above and beyond service!

Jennifer Guastafeste I recently visited the Glades Road Ann Taylor and I was helped by Christine and Lou. They were absolutely terrific and made my shopping experience a total pleasure. I would most definitely return to this location to do my shopping. Fantastic!!!!!!
