A U Brought my husband in today because he needed some suits for work. Clemente greeted us right away, was so helpful and attentive and quick but patient. He gave us pricey options and saving options. He helped put everything together and I appreciate that he was also able to pin it for alterations. We really enjoyed our experience and will recommend everyone to come see Clemente here. Amazing experience.

Kimberly Green This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

Jamie I stopped in for a dress and was helped by Melody, or Melonie, in the juniors dresses department. I hate that I forgot her name. She said she was the manager. Anyhow, she was wonderful! I never leave reviews for department stores but she was so great I had to take a minute to drop some positive feedback!

She meticulously wrap them and not only that, she is the first one that gave me a small little gift.
