Target - (Near Stuart, FL)

4 /5 Nicholas Pense: Clean store with good service from its staff. Was helped with an item return with no problem. I like the store’s layout and presentation in its departments. They have a good variety of items to choose from, and it is cleaner and better organized than Port St. Lucie’s Tradition store. There is less parking space here than at the other place though.

2 /5 Steph G: I did an online order which was supposed to be ready in 2 hours. 3 hours later there was no update, so I headed to the store to see what was going on. At the front desk, the woman told me she didn’t see any order for my name, even though I showed her my email and app, so I asked “am I able to go shop these items and come back up here since I already paid, or am I not charged yet since you don’t see the order? How does this work in this situation?” She went and asked the guy by self checkout, because she had no answer. His answer was - you don’t get charged until you pickup your items and leave the store. Ok cool, I’ll go get my stuff and come back up. When I come back I’m waiting, and happen to check my target card balance, and see that yes in fact I was charged for the order that they couldn’t find, and that I had not left with . Now it’s my turn, back with the same lady who has no answers for anything, she brings someone else into it who tells me to call my bank. I explain it’s my target card and I had just been told I wouldn’t be charged for a pickup order until I pick it up, and that they have no record of my order so why am I charged, and can that charge cover the stuff in the cart because I picked up the items in the order (that they can’t see, I showed it to them, and they have been paid for) ..she tells me no I need to pay and call my bank. Again, it’s my target card, can anyone here help me with this order? The answer that is no. Absolutely not one person in that store was able to help me, I went in the app and canceled the order myself and left my items at the front, and nobody there cared to attempt to help, I was just a problem they wanted to push to the side. Terrible service and a complete waste of 3 hours. THREE HOURS. Come on.

3 /5 Ty Tallant: First off. I want to start by setting the record straight. This is the most memorable Target experience I’ve ever had. My boy Paul. You tried so hard. I’m sorry they didn’t have enough backing to support a King like you. Given the circumstances you ultimately got the job done. However, to the store. Where was anyone. I mean literally ANYONE other than Paul to cover the electronics. My boy never moved on from b&w television. To this i say just let me check my self out i just wanted a watch and it was a wild goose chase. Paul. Keep your head up King. They might get to know where you fit in better soon enough. Other wise keep holding it down the best you can. 10-10 recommend Paul. He gone fight for you. 5-10 recommend this store. I have never seen someone so flustered to try and find the right product.

1 /5 Veronica Rolon: Let me start off by saying this review is not towards the store but regarding the Customer Service call center. It is the WORST EVER !!!! Unless you are making a payment, dony bother. Ive worked in Call Centers as a regular agent and as a manager as well. Hands down the absolutye worst. Ive been with Target for 30 years and if it wasnt becasue it would be detrimental to my credit the experience on several calls has left me wanting to simply close the card. I suspect I will not be shopping much there anymore as they have left me feeling like I do not want to give them any business. I leave this review here because good luck contacting Corporate

1 /5 H: Update 10/2/2025 It seems this store has better management at night. Still not 100%, but shopping here after 6pm is much more pleasant. Checkout and customer service reps seem more capable. Still doesnt boost the rating, the daytime management is not good, and weekends are hit or miss. Its a shame because staff on the floor are always helpful no matter the time of day. If only I could submit this with zero stars! This Target is terrible. Bathrooms are nasty. Its hard to get service at the food counter. They advertise items on the app, have the items in store but you cannot purchase them until the next day which is just wrong. The checkout process is horrible. The cashiers and customer service staff are oblivious and poorly managed. I have been double charged for items on several occasions. The last time customer service did absolutely nothing. I didnt notice until I got home, the double scan by the cashier caused me to pay $60 for a $30 package of toilet paper. They never have enough check out lanes open, and when they open lanes, customers are allowed to cut line causing a bad experience for those who were truly the next in line. They allow people to use self checkout for a cart full of items despite the 10 item limit. Customer service staff do not have good knowledge of the store, thier stock or policies. Curbside rarely gets my order right, so thats not an option. This is the worst Target I have shopped at, and is unfortunately the closest to my home. DO BETTER TARGET!!!!
