Ella Porter In the jewelry department I was greeted and helped by a wonderful associate! Julia stayed with me throughout the duration of my experience at Belks. She helped me pick out jewelry based on personal preferences, helped me try them on and gave me honest, credible advice. She truly made my Christmas experience wonderful, I sent several loved ones to purchase jewelry from her in the jewelry department because she was such a joy! I typically don’t write reviews but my experience was outstanding and wanted to give Julia the much deserved credit. Her knowledge on products quality and maintenance was on point. Additionally, she even aided me after the fact when I called the jewelry department regarding another product, she remembered what I purchased and sounded joyful to hear how much I loved my new jewelry. She is knowledgeable on everything Belks related and I had an absolute wonderful experience.

Karla Mcknight Friendly atmosphere, & very helpful. If they dont have what youre looking for and they know where to find it they will let you know.. All of them are nice but Mr. Roy is wonderful. If you are ever in town stop by they may have something youd like. Love this place.

Scott P. Neumann (Scottie) I just visited this particular store today & its been my first time in a Hot Topic in a really long time. As soon as I walked in Katie & another employee (I didnt get her name) greeted me & seemed legitimately happy to see me. They were very accommodating & asked if I needed help with anything. I immediately found a shirt I wanted, the stores layout is perfect. If I had more time on my visit I wouldve bought more but I was in a hurry. However I will definitely be returning as similar to FYE the quality merchandise was overwhelmingly awesome. From the selection of stuff at this store alone I could find gifts for everyone on my Birthday/Christmas list. The employees really seemed to connect with the customers, I saw a very enjoyable interaction with a repeat customer while I was there. Its nice the staff takes time to get to know their customers, they werent pushy or rabid for sales either. Overall this seems like such a great place, Ill totally shop here again
