sadfsfd sfdfsfd I find this store has always had really good selection. However a lot of the cashiers are rude, they don’t talk at all other than to scream “NEXT, NEXT, NEXT” and push you along. They also act like they have an attitude and are very impersonal. No greeting, no thank you just “take your receipt NEXT..,” They also often have long lines with people just standing up there doing nothing. Also Ross shouldn’t force their employees to say an annoyed and rushed “welcome” to everyone who comes in the door while trying to do everything else.
A lot of this has to do with Ross’ corporate management though, they just don’t run a front end as well as the others. Marshall’s usually has more people working up front and they actually greet and thank the customer and make them feel welcome, at Ross they just yell at you and say NEXT!
