1 /5 Sky George: My sister told me the one in Miami, fl she and such good experiences shopping that I visit the one on beach. walked in, the Asian woman act like I was invincible she act like she was in such a deep conversation with another employee, no worries I am here to shop not to make friends, the lady at the dressing room was a darling, over all it felt mean girlish, if u have anxiety walking in a new place do not go there u will definitely feel the high school vibes mean girl. if I had to compare Plato’s have a much very welcoming vibes. Will I go back? maybe, after a very strong cup of coffee ☕️ helps ignore the ignorance.

1 /5 Matthew: Sold me a pair of shoes where the buckle was broken on one shoe, making them completely useless. They put one shoe out on display and keep one behind the counter to avoid theft. The shoe on display was totally fine, I didnt even think to look at the shoe from behind the counter once provided to me at checkout. Sure , I should have taken a second look at that one, thats on me. However, I shouldnt HAVE to do that. An honest business would point out the flaw prior to completing the sale. Dishonest business practices, dont shop here. If you do, look twice at whatever you buy to make sure you arent being scammed like I was. $37 down the drain on a broken pair of shoes. As an added bonus - shoes are non-refundable! The cashier made sure to mention that. I will never shop here again.

2 /5 Kali Stachniuk: Everytime I come in to sell, I bring items that are listed as “needed” and 80% of them are brand new with tags as well as brands they say they love(Zara, Levi, Free People, Abercrombie, Aerie, Agolde ect) yet they’ll only take maybe a couple and offer you hardly anything. Mind you, the store is filled with shein and target clothing. Side note; some of the people working there have terrible attitudes and act as if you’re bothering them by making them do their job.

The clothes are “pre-loved” (emphasis on pre), the energy is chaotic, and the staff seems perpetually on the brink of a breakdown. Think heirloom hand-me-downs passed through too many friends — hopefully sanitized somewhere along the way.

1 /5 lotte eckman: Took in 3 bags of clothes, including mostly new clothes that were brands they said they were looking for. The girl checking through them was making a disgusted face while sorting through and ended up taking 2 items and paid 8 dollars. Some clothes had tags on them still. I wouldn’t waste my time between the mean girl energy and the lack of transparency about the process and prices.
