I came in on this slow Tuesday morning and she was ever patient with me, extremely knowledgeable, and shared valuable insight through personal testimony into the comparison of the Hoka models. I had no intention of buying something today, but through her excellent sales and customer service skills I walked out with a pair of Hoka Clifton 9s and happy with my purchase! 5 /5 Shane Buckner: Well to start with I am hard on shoes. I have purchased several pairs from here. I bought a pair of Hoka (on clearance) and they had a squeek. It was weird being they were on sale I went through Hoka and received a credit for the full price to buy another pair. The second pair I bought did the same thing and the store exchanged them no issues. Im on the 3rd pair and they work great. I even have the free pair in the closet for when the ones I wear everyday wear out. Very friendly staff as well. They know what to do to help with you shoe needs.
