5 /5 Jessica: I walked into the store this past Saturday around 5p, completely defeated and rushing due to not being able to find the perfect last-minute dress for a dinner that night. I unfortunately did not get the super sweet associate’s name who helped me, but I do remember her mentioning it was her last day working there. She almost literally held my hand from the minute, I walked into the store until I left. I was afraid that the largest size in the store may not fit me, so I was pretty discouraged already, but she reassured me to give some items a try anyway as sizing runs a little big. She had recommendation on top of recommendation and truly made sure that my concerns were addressed. Her personality & conversation was amazing! She truly cared about my experience. And we found THE perfect dress that fit!
No shade, but I’d just left the similar dress shop on the same shopping strip, I was not greeted or assisted in picking anything.
So it was a breath of fresh air walking into this store & working with this young lady. I have over 20 years of customer service work experience, so my expectations are extremely high. This wonderful associate went above & beyond! She is truly a rare gem to have on any team & am sure she will continue to shine at any of her future endeavors. Absolutely OUTSTANDING
