3 /5 Shelle J: I had some returns and I seen a worker pushing a buggy back to the front and I asked her where can I do my returns, she said at any register and walked off, that was rude and she has no customer service skills, I could’ve got rude back with her, but that’s not how I conduct myself. I went to a counter and asked Karen (the beauty advisor ESL) could she do my return and she said yes without any hesitation. Karen had great customer service, she was nice, and welcoming. I told the manager about this, so hopefully he addressed this with the rude employee, and please give Karen her accolades. Karen gets 10 stars and the rude employee gets no stars, so that’s why I select 3 stars.
