Belk - (Near McDonough, GA)

4 /5 Krystique: Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I dont believe that I have ever visited a Belk location before. I was here with my cousins to purchase some slippers. I had forgotten my slippers and left them back home. So I needed some more. I wanted my feet to be comfortable. I was wearing, I call them boats on my feet and I was so sick of wearing them. They were pink in color. I loved the pink, I just didnt love the big shoes, I call them boats!! I was so happy that I found some slippers. My tab was $16.19. The slippers that I bought were on sale and I saved $25.01. The cashier that assisted me was named Elizabeth and the young lady who found her for me was named Jatavia. Both young ladies were very nice. I enjoyed my experience here today. I would visit another Belk in the future. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over fifty years of age. There was plenty of parking here in the large parking lot. The Belk is housed in a shopping center.

3 /5 Shelle J: I had some returns and I seen a worker pushing a buggy back to the front and I asked her where can I do my returns, she said at any register and walked off, that was rude and she has no customer service skills, I could’ve got rude back with her, but that’s not how I conduct myself. I went to a counter and asked Karen (the beauty advisor ESL) could she do my return and she said yes without any hesitation. Karen had great customer service, she was nice, and welcoming. I told the manager about this, so hopefully he addressed this with the rude employee, and please give Karen her accolades. Karen gets 10 stars and the rude employee gets no stars, so that’s why I select 3 stars.

1 /5 Sharon Young: Poor customer service in the women’s perfume department. On December 27, 2025, around 1:30 PM, I waited over 10 minutes twice for assistance while trying to purchase an expensive perfume. Employees were present but dismissed me and offered no help. Very disappointing experience, especially for a department that requires customer assistance. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

3 /5 Postcards from Georgia: Pretty store, nice displays and good sales. But customer service is lacking. Everyone I encountered looked as if they were unhappy to be working. Unfortunate.
