5 /5 Hanna: I visited Children’s Place today, and I had an incredible experience. The store manager, Charles, was absolutely fantastic! His warm and friendly demeanor made a world of difference. My mom and I were shopping for an outfit for my brother for a funeral, and Charles was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the process. He truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect outfit. This store is now my go-to place for my brother’s clothes, and I can’t thank Charles enough for his exceptional customer service. Thanks, Charles! And thanks, Children’s Place, for having such an amazing manager.

However, one constant among these new people and management has been the incredible Mr. Charles, the store manager. Mr. Charles is an amazing person who consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. From the moment I step into his store, he greets me with a warm smile and offers his assistance. He’s always attentive to my needs and makes sure I feel valued and appreciated. I’ve been to many of your stores in the past and unfortunately had some bad experiences, but I decided to give Arbor Place a chance, and I was blown away! Charles was incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone who came in and out of the store. He engaged with the customers, shared all the great deals, and made sure everyone felt included. I left the store with a bag of 1.99 graphic tees and some awesome goodies for my kids. I just wanted to say that Children’s Place, you have a real gem in Arbor Place. He knows his store incredibly well, was so helpful and friendly, and had overall excellent customer service. Charles could be working for the marketing team with the way he represented his store. Exceptional customer service, which is rare these days. Ill definitely be back!

Every single day, I’m greeted with the best customer service from the same incredible gentleman, Charles. It’s astonishing to learn that he’s just an assistant! Charles is exceptional, and I was particularly impressed when he mentioned that he’s been there assistant for a while now. I wholeheartedly recommend that you appoint him as the store manager immediately.
