Belk - Shop GA (Near Toccoa)

5 /5 autumn swain: Tonight me and my husband went into belk to get a few things and we didn’t realize our belk rewards card was expired. We went home but couldn’t find the new one that was sent out. We called the store and they said they would help us do it manually. We came back in and the manual way wasn’t working either. At this point it was about 10 - 15 minutes before closing but the manager told us that they would stay open to help us. They called the customer service from the store and helped us get it all sorted out. They were all so helpful and kind and didn’t waiver once in trying to help. 10/10 would recommend. If I didn’t already love belk this would have sold me.

5 /5 Steve Powers: Large clean well organized store with lots of merchandise. Many sale items. Super helpful staff. A good local clothing option to avoid out of town trips to Kohls.

4 /5 Michael Eshbaugh Brown: This store is higher end prices than something like Target or H&M, but in Toccoa, is the nicest for the price you’re going to find. The staff is super friendly, the bathrooms are very clean (there are only stalls in the men’s bathroom), the clothes are neatly organized for the most part (excluding sales and clearance), the changing rooms are very nice with full mirrors and lots of space. Parking was quite easy and I would definitely go again if I wasn’t broke.
