Angie Immahandfull Davis I Love american eagle. The clothes are stylish, and on point. The staff is always friendly, I dont know the young mans name that is the manager in arbor Mall, but he is a good manager. He helped me with a problem i had, in which the other manager didnt take the time to look for the order I had purchased, but told me to call customer service. I went to the store spoke to him about it. He told me to hold on, and came out the back with my order in hand. Hes was very knowledgeable of the orders that comes in and out of the store keep HIM Hes amazing

Mary Cagle Chico’s has great Customer Service. Also, they have excellent packaging when ordering on line. The clothes are packaged individually and then shipped in a box.
