1 /5 Emiliana Brit: I came in today 12/21/25 looking for a pair of boots and Christmas gifts. I was there looking and also tried on some boots. Many associates noticed me and passed by me, but none offered me help or greeted me. I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to Cavenders Boot City in Buford. Yes, its a little further away, but its worth it. ❤️ The place, the people, the atmosphere and they also have a wide variety of brands for boots, clothes and much more.

5 /5 Phillip Harris: I recently decided to buy a pair of cowboy boots. It had been around 30 years since I owned/wore any. I decided to give Boot Barn a try. Wow! The technology and style has changed a lot and they had everything under the sun in inventory. The staff (Noah) was very helpful as I made my selection of a pair Durango Rebels. As it turned out, they made my feet sore after a few hours of wear so I wanted to exchange them for a pair of Ariat Sport Westerns. The associate Abby was more than happy to assist and even locate the specific pair at another store for me and have them hold them. My experience from start to finish was excellent and I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent product selection and top notch customer service.

1 /5 BC: I guess this place is going out of business. Came in 11/24/25 at 230 pm. Waited by the hats for 20 minutes and never got any help. Saw they were all misshapen, dusty, and not good. Finally found one but I needed a different size. Asked for the one on the top shelf. The girl walked off and helped someone else. I stood their for another 10 minutes and no help. Thats fine. I can find a $650 hat elsewhere that actually knows how to treat the products and the customer.

4 /5 CM Capps: Decent selection of boots, which is admittedly in the name. The thing is, other Boot Barn locations usually have a wide selection of western wear in general, and this location is mostly just boots. Staff will help you if you ask and ignore you if you dont. Personally, I like that. So a solid 4 stars for the footwear and one off for everything else.

5 /5 Fatih Gul: While visiting the Target, I saw their sign and want to see what they have. I really got surprised by seeing many western style boots, hats, and clothes. Crocodile/eligator, python, and many other geniue leather options, and most importantly, they are made in Mexico, not China. As a hobbyist of leather crafting, I can aşure you with leather quality. Smily faces make you feel comfortable here, too.
