Posted hours for Dawsonville store for Christmas Eve showed opening at 8:00 a.m. I drove all the way there to exchange 2 pairs of pants for my grandsons to wear on Christmas Eve. All I needed to do was exchange the sizes. I arrived at 9:05 and the store was not open! I explained to the workers inside that i just needed to exchange for a different size. They had the other size but said they couldnt do it unti 10:00 a.m. . I showed them the posted hours and they said no one told them. Two other customers showed up and they were told the same thing. I could not wait until 10. DO BETTER CARTERS!!

5 /5 WD 40: As a girl dad who gets sent on missions to carters for new clothing line drops and Christmas shopping I must say the ladies who work in this store are second to none. The manager is always so helpful and makes sure I always end up with what I need if she can order it in or send me onto one of the other stores. After visiting 6 stores last Friday while searching for matching Pjs for the fam the Dawsonville and Buckhead locations were by far the nicest and had the best staff! Thank yall for making our Christmas Pj sets complete

2 /5 Nina M: I have been to this location multiple times. The sales associates are all very polite and helpful. The manager is very short, rude and interrupts you while you are trying to speak. Customer service isnt for everyone she should find a job she is comfortable and happy at.

5 /5 Kavita Meswani: I have been buying clothes for my daughter since her birth from Carter’s and I love their quality. Also they have lots of prints and variety in baby clothes according to the season or festival. I would recommend to buy clothes during discount season as they available at a much cheaper rate than the original price. The shoes collection is also good but I find it a but expensive since the baby is not going to wear it for more than 3-4 months.

1 /5 George Greene: Blonde sales associate there provided poor customer service (if you can call it that). She seemed a bit too busy to help out and was a bit annoyed when checking me out. Also, most of the clothes seem like play wear. Not much variety.
