5 /5 Tanya Moses: Love the clothes. Great variety very reasonably priced. Service is always helpful and friendly and you can find apparel for every occasion. Great layaway plan and website and they are open 7 days a week. They take precautions to keep everyone safe. Very important.

When I shopping around she asked if I needed any help, not at that time I was still looking. She then made a saggestion, which I ended up purchasing. Very nice job.

5 /5 Sarah Farrar: As a single mother of a 3 year old boy, I haven’t done much clothes shopping for myself in almost 4 years, because he comes first. However, I just got hired on at a job that requires business casual attire, which my wardrobe was quite lacking of. I went into both kohl’s and TJ max, tried on about 75-100 items of clothing, but couldn’t find anything that fit properly and that I was comfortable in. I’ve gained a lot of weight and all of my clothes are from before I had my son, so it was a struggle finding clothes. I left TJ Maxx in tears yesterday after not finding anything for my new job. I’ve driven by Cato countless times but have never gone in to shop, that is, until today. My mother gifted me a $200 gift card to Cato to get some clothes for my new job. Hesitant, I went in, expecting to be overwhelmed and disappointed like I was with my experience at TJ max, however, my experience at Cato was one of the best clothes shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Chelby was wonderful! I told her I’ve never had a job in which I had to wear business casual, so I had no idea what to look for. She helped me the entire time, she made so many suggestions and really took the time to help me. I ended up spending more than $200 in here today. I bought several blouses, skirts, pants, 2 blazers, and several pairs of earrings. I am so beyond happy with my experience at this store. Chelby truly is a wonderful employee, her customer service skills are outstanding. She truly took the time to understand my situation, and help me through the process of updating my wardrobe. I will be getting all of my work clothes from Cato from now on. And, the prices are great! I don’t know why there’s so many people saying that the prices are high.. they are fantastic. I walked into Belk after I left here, to see if I could find some shoes, but walked right out after shopping around a little while and seeing how outrageous the prices were there. Cato prices are great, the quality of the clothes is amazing, and Chelby deserves a raise!

5 /5 Vivian Langston: I love getting out. Im aged, so I have to be careful. They didnt follow us around in the store. Those of us that were shopping instinctively distanctant ourselves. They have so many beautiful things for the Fall. I cant wait until its completely safe to go out.
