Eniale Lawreese I was visiting a friend in Georgia and had the opportunity to shop Belk. The salesperson was a beautiful young lady who helped me and made the experience a beautiful one.

Camille I don’t know why I did this to myself again. I usually shop at the Villa Rica store but because I was in a time crunch and this store has a bigger selection, I came to this Douglasville store. Everytime I come to this location the manager is rude. She is always in a hurry and talks in a condensending tone. I was purchasing 3 jumpsuits. Asked if I could have the hangers. She shook her head no and said they have to reuse them every week. I waited a little bit and then explained that the material wrinkles in the hot car so I was hoping to hang them up. She said she has plenty of clothes made in this material and she takes them straight out of the dryer and hangs them up. I didn’t even reply to that comment because I didn’t say anything about washing the clothes. I had said something about them being in my hot car and getting wrinkled in the bag. Once again this location proving my point of why I don’t shop here and way I shop at my Villa Rica store where the employees are friendly and always willing to help in any way they can.
