melvin garmon The Manager Nicole is wonderful. Before Christmas I ordered through online (which is a horrible experience. I want nothing to do with Belk online. Very rude. ) I was told my order would arrive before Christmas. After I ordered it the date changed and that it would not be here until after Christmas. I called the Cornelia store a spoke with Nicole mainly to vent about the online order. She not only apologized on their behalf but called and went to other stores to get the items I ordered. She kept in touch with me for updates. She got every item, just like I ordered. BELK NEEDS TO KEEP HER!!! SHES A TRUE GEM. Thank you very much Nicole for going the extra mile to help someone else. I will be back to the store.
