Citi Trends - (Near LaGrange, GA)

Princess Black It’s been years since I’ve gone into a Hot Topic, and during my recent visit, the customer service was absolutely amazing. There was a worker named Shay who helped me out. She was happy to help me look for items I couldn’t find and suggest other items she thought might be interested in. I ended up walking out of the store with way more items than I intended to buy walking in. Her assistance was much appreciated, and she’s made a Hot Topic regular customer out of me. This all happened about a month ago. I would’ve left a review sooner, but I just found my lost receipt with her name on it now; she definitely deserves a good review.

Lauren Gray Temple is amazing! Please promote her. She offers that old school customer service.

Nomes I just love the novelty of the name. It was a little trashy looking inside (dirty) And can we talk about the mixed variety af booze (talking mad dog 20/20 and wine.) Mixed in with the energy drinks?!!

Justin Lee Every time I’m in this store, the staff are on their phones or chatting with each other. I rarely see them interact with customers and act put out if approached for the fitting room or for assistance. Rarely write reviews, but the behavior has been pretty consistent and rude.

Her customer service and vibrant personality were top teir. Her willingness to help was greatly appreciated. All of the ladies were helpful and kind. And provided an all around amazing experience.
